Add 1 1/2 cups of long-grain white rice and one chile sano pepper, sautéing for about 5 minutes until the rice turns golden.
Stir in 4 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Add 3 cups water, 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon, 1 teaspoon tomato bouillon, onion powder, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, and salt. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Cover the pot, reduce heat to low, and simmer the rice for 20 minutes.
In a separate pan over medium-high heat, cook 2 pounds of ground beef with half an onion, 2 teaspoons tomato paste, and taco seasoning for about 7 minutes until fully cooked.
