Marinate steamed spinach with salt, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
Prepare an egg mixture with cucumber and a pinch of salt.
Sauté the cucumber for one minute to remove excess water.
Make the Hang Ten sauce by mixing two tablespoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon of garlic, and three tablespoons of red cane sugar.
Add a little extra salt to taste.
When the zucchini starts to cook, add the sliced onion and cook together.
Once the onion and zucchini are tender, add the grated carrot and mushrooms, cooking until all vegetables are soft.
Finally, top with sliced beef and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
