Carefully loosen the membrane from the back of the ribs using a butter knife and remove it completely.
Spread a thin layer of yellow mustard over the ribs to act as a binder; this will help the seasoning stick better without altering the taste.
Generously rub the ribs with Memphis Busom barbecue seasoning, covering all surfaces to enhance flavor and color.
Apply seasoning to the presentation side of the ribs as well to ensure a visually appealing finish.
Place the ribs on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
Pour apple cider vinegar into the bottom of the baking sheet and cover the ribs tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C (350 °F) for one hour.
Prepare two layers of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place three pieces of butter on the foil, drizzle with honey, then sprinkle additional Memphis Busom seasoning and a splash of apple cider vinegar over the butter mixture.
Place the ribs on top of this butter, honey, seasoning, and vinegar mixture, with the bone side facing up.
Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil and bake for another hour.
